The Crossfire shares 80% of its components with Mercedes models. The engine bay is virtually identical to that of the Mercedes SLK320 on their R170 platform. The wheelbase and track are also identical to that of the Mercedes SLK320 along with the seats, dash board, control panel and instruments.
