2008 Yamaha WR

Originally a WR250X, but converted to an R.  That means gearing is 13/47, it has the R sidestand, and R wheels/brakes.  It’s a complete dual sport bike now, and completely prepped for long distance offroad or dual sporting.

I took the bike on the Trans America Trail a few years ago and it was perfectly set up.  It is ready to go again with a brand new chain, sprockets, battery, and oil change.  Runs awesomely!  I’m just selling because I am getting out of dirt riding.

 This bike is ready to do the TAT again, or a RTW (round the world).  I would not hesitate to take it anywhere.

Based on responses here and elsewhere, the bike will NOT COME with any extras not on the bike, and also does not include the bags picture on the bike (tail bag, tank bag, fender bag).  This is in an effort to lower the price to you!
