This 9 seat wagon was special ordered for Arthur Knorr, a NYC Broadway director/producer responsible for Milton Berle’s Texaco Star Theater from 1948-1952 as well as the Miss America, Miss Universe, and the Miss USA pageants. It is one of just 760 produced for the model year and is heavily optioned including power door locks, windows, seats and antenna, dual front and rear air conditioning, Sure Grip differential, and a 413cid V8 with dual four-barrel carburetors and Cross Ram induction.
