The Neon was sold in Europe as a Chrysler. This is a car from the first generation sold here between 1994 and 1999. Unlike most badge engineered Chrysler cars the Dodge and Plymouth models had the same name and were also called Neon. The blue license plates indicate this car is used as a taxi.
